| Educational Qualification |
Candidates must possess the required educational qualification prescribed in the MPESB recruitment rulebook.
- For eligible Unreserved, SC and OBC candidates: Class 10 under the 10+2 system, Higher Secondary or equivalent examination from a recognized board / institution.
- For eligible ST candidates: Class 8 or equivalent examination, as prescribed in the recruitment rules.
- The prescribed qualification must be possessed by the candidate on the application date.

- Non-SAF Male – ST: Chest 76 cm unexpanded and 81 cm expanded
- Physical standards are prescribed separately for SAF and Non-SAF cadres.
- Candidates must satisfy the prescribed physical standards at the time of physical measurement.

- Computer-Based Written Examination (CBT).
- Physical Proficiency Test (PPT / PET).
- Physical Measurement / Standards Verification.
