Male 800 Metre Run: 2 Minutes 50 Seconds Female 800 Metre Run: 4 Minutes Male Shot Put: 7.260 kg to 20 Feet Female Shot Put: 4 kg to 16 Feet Ex-Servicemen / Home Guard candidates have separate prescribed standards where applicable.
