A terrible accident has taken place in Maharashtra. A sudden explosion occurred in a fireworks godown in Nagpur. It is learnt that around 15 workers were killed and 18 others were injured in this accident. It is reported that a building was also destroyed in the blast.

The incident of 21 workers dying in an explosion in Vetlapalem, Kakinada district, is not forgotten. A similar incident has come to light in Maharashtra. Recently, an explosion in a fireworks godown in Nagpur killed about 18 workers. Some other workers were seriously injured.
Going into details, an explosion occurred at the SBL Energy Limited factory, a mining and industrial explosives manufacturing company located in Raulgaon, Katol tehsil. Officials said that the incident took place between 6 and 7 am this morning. Officials say that the massive explosion may have occurred when workers on the morning shift came to work in the morning and were preparing explosives.
It is reported that around 25 to 30 workers were working in the company's unit at the time of the explosion. After the explosion, a huge fire broke out in the company, which spread to other parts of the factory within a few moments. As a result, some workers were unable to escape the fire and were burnt alive. Others ran away for their lives. Firefighters who reached the spot on information are trying to control the fire.
Some rscue workers have shifted 15 injured workers to a hospital in Nagpur for treatment. However, it is believed that some workers are still trapped inside. Rescue teams are working hard to bring them out.
