- Candidates must have passed 10th Standard / Matriculation from a recognized Board.
- OR possess ITI qualification from an institution recognized by NCVT / SCVT.
- OR possess National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
- The prescribed qualification must have been possessed by the closing date of the application.
- Candidates awaiting the final result of the prescribed qualification were not eligible to apply.

- PwBD Candidates Eligible for Scribe: 120 Minutes
- General Science: 25 Questions / 25 Marks
- Mathematics: 25 Questions / 25 Marks
- General Intelligence & Reasoning: 30 Questions / 30 Marks
- General Awareness & Current Affairs: 20 Questions / 20 Marks
- Negative Marking: 1/3 Mark for each wrong answer
- The section-wise question distribution is indicative and may vary slightly in the actual question paper.

RRB Group D Answer Key 2026: How to Calculate Marks
- Compare your recorded responses with the provisional answer key.
- Add 1 mark for every correct answer.
- Deduct 1/3 mark for every incorrect answer.
- No marks are awarded or deducted for an unanswered question.
- Formula: Expected Score = Correct Answers − (Wrong Answers × 1/3)
- The calculated raw score is only an estimate; applicable normalisation will be considered where the CBT is conducted in multiple sessions.

RRB Group D Selection Process 2026
- Computer Based Test (CBT).
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
- Document Verification (DV).
- Medical Examination.
- Shortlisting for PET is based on normalized CBT marks according to the rules prescribed in CEN 09/2025.
- Appointment is subject to medical fitness, final verification of certificates and character / antecedent verification.

RRB Group D Physical Efficiency Test 2026
- Male Candidates: Carry a weight of 35 kg for 100 metres in 2 minutes without putting the weight down.
- Male Candidates: Run 1000 metres in 4 minutes 15 seconds.
- Female Candidates: Carry a weight of 20 kg for 100 metres in 2 minutes without putting the weight down.
- Female Candidates: Run 1000 metres in 5 minutes 40 seconds.
- PwBD candidates and candidates exempted from PET are governed by the provisions specified in the official CEN.
- The PET is a qualifying test.

How to Check Railway RRB Group D Answer Key 2026
- Visit the official website of the RRB to which you applied.
- Open the CEN 09/2025 Level-1 / Group D recruitment section.
- Click on View Questions, Responses & Answer Key / Objection Tracker.
- Enter your Registration Number / User ID and Date of Birth / Password.
- Submit the login details.
- Your question paper, recorded response and provisional answer key will appear on the screen.
- Compare your responses with the correct answers.
- Download or save the response sheet and answer key for future reference.

How to Raise Objection Against RRB Group D Answer Key 2026
- Open the official answer-key / objection tracker through your respective RRB website.
- Log in using your candidate credentials.
- Select the question you want to challenge.
- Choose the appropriate objection reason / answer option.
- Upload supporting evidence, wherever required and permitted.
- Pay the objection fee of ₹50/- per question plus applicable bank service charges.
- Submit the objection before the prescribed deadline.
- The objection facility for this answer key was available until 15/09/2026 at 05:00 PM and is now closed.
- The decision of the RRB on valid objections will be final for the concerned answer key process.

- Because the CBT was conducted in multiple sessions, RRB will apply the prescribed normalisation methodology wherever applicable.
