Kalalaku Rekkalu Scheme: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Nara Chandrababu Naidu has assured students who dream of pursuing higher education abroad. He made it clear that “ no student should give up their goal due to financial difficulties .” In this context, a new scheme called Wings for Dreams has been announced.

Through this scheme, educational loans will be provided at low interest rates to students who wish to study in foreign universities. Naidu expressed confidence that this will be a strong step towards enabling the intellectuals of the state to achieve world-class education.
He made these disclosures at a mega parent-teacher meeting held at Bhamini AP Model High School in Parvathipuram Manyam district. He had lunch with the students, inspected the labs and studied the clicker-based teaching method.
