Residential Certificate	Eligible Bihar residents can apply for issuance of a Residential Certificate through RTPS ServicePlus at Circle/Block, Sub-Division or District level, as applicable.
Caste Certificate	Eligible applicants can apply for a Bihar Caste Certificate through the General Administration Department services available on RTPS ServicePlus at the prescribed administrative level.
Income Certificate	Eligible applicants can apply for an Income Certificate online through RTPS ServicePlus at Circle/Block, Sub-Division or District level, as applicable.
NCL Certificate	Bihar RTPS also provides Non Creamy Layer Certificate services for Bihar Government and Government of India purposes.
EWS Certificate	The portal also provides an Income and Asset Certificate service for Economically Weaker Section applicants.
Application Status	Applicants can track the application online using the Application Reference Number and application date.
Certificate Verification	Residence, Caste and Income certificates can be checked through the available online verification facilities. Online verification remains subject to final verification by the issuing authority.
Certificate Download	Issued certificates can be obtained through the ServicePlus Inbox, email, SMS download link, DigiLocker, Track Application Status or the Download Certificate facility.
CSC / Public Service Centre	Applicants can also use authorised Public Service Centres, Kiosks and Common Service Centres for Bihar RTPS services.

How to Apply Online Visit the official Bihar RTPS ServicePlus website. Open the Apply Online section. Select the General Administration Department. Choose Residential Certificate, Caste Certificate or Income Certificate. Select the applicable service level such as Circle/Block, Sub-Division or District. Register or login when required. Enter your personal, address and other required details carefully. Upload the required supporting documents. Complete Aadhaar-based authentication where applicable. Pay the fee through OGRAS if the selected service requires payment. Submit the application and save the Application Reference Number / acknowledgement.
How to Check Application Status Open the official Bihar ServicePlus portal. Select Track Application Status. Enter the Application Reference Number. Enter the required application date or other requested information. Submit the details. Your current application status will be displayed.
How to Verify Bihar Certificate Online Open the official Bihar RTPS certificate verification facility. Select the applicable certificate verification option. Enter the required Application ID / certificate details. Complete the verification or captcha process. Submit the details. Check the certificate information displayed by the portal.
How to Download Certificate Open the Bihar ServicePlus portal. Select Download Certificate. Enter your Application Reference Number. Complete the captcha or other required verification. Download the issued certificate. You may also receive the certificate through SMS, email, DigiLocker or ServicePlus Inbox.
Important Instructions Apply only at the office level applicable to your jurisdiction. Keep the Application Reference Number safely after submitting the form. Upload the required documents before final submission. Some services may require online payment through the Bihar Government OGRAS gateway. Provide a valid mobile number and email ID to receive application updates. Do not submit repeated applications when an already-issued certificate is still valid.
