Scholarship Details Eligible Categories and Income Limit
Scholarship Category	Eligibility / Income Details
SC / ST / MBC / OBC / EBC	Eligible Rajasthan domicile students studying in eligible post-matric courses can apply subject to the applicable scheme conditions. The annual family income limit is up to ₹2.50 lakh for the specified Uttar Matric Scholarship schemes.
DNT / Vimukt, Ghumantu & Ardh-Ghumantu	Eligible Rajasthan domicile students belonging to the specified communities can apply under the applicable Uttar Matric Scholarship scheme, subject to the prescribed conditions and income limit.
Mirasi & Bhishti Community	Eligible Rajasthan domicile students belonging to the specified communities can apply under the applicable Uttar Matric Scholarship scheme, subject to the prescribed conditions.
Chief Minister Sarvajan Uchch Shiksha Uttar Matric Scholarship	Students of all categories studying in department-listed national-level educational institutions may apply where the annual family income is below ₹5.00 lakh, subject to the scheme conditions.
Eligible Courses	Students studying in eligible post-matric courses other than Class 11 and 12 in Rajasthan government or private recognised educational institutions, and eligible institutions outside Rajasthan as covered by the scheme, can apply.
Scholarship Benefit The scholarship benefit is provided according to the applicable Uttar Matric Scholarship scheme, course and approved fee structure. Eligible components may include maintenance allowance and reimbursement of permitted non-refundable fees as per the applicable rules.
Selection / Verification Process Online application submission through the Rajasthan Scholarship Portal. Student details and documents are verified through the prescribed online process. Educational institution verification and biometric attendance are required as applicable. Approved applications are processed for scholarship payment through the prescribed DBT process.
How to Apply Online Complete NSP OTR through the National Scholarship Portal or NSP OTR App. Download and use the required NSP OTR APP and AadharfaceRD application for e-KYC and Face Authentication. Login through the Rajasthan SSO ID or the prescribed scholarship application system. Complete biometric or face authentication as required. Select the correct educational institution and course. Check all personal, academic and bank details carefully. Upload the required documents where they are not automatically available through Jan Aadhaar, Raj e-Wallet or DigiLocker. Submit the application online before 31 October 2026.
Important Instructions NSP OTR is required before applying for the departmental scholarship. Jan Aadhaar ID and Aadhaar number are required for scholarship processing. The bank account should be Aadhaar-seeded and DBT-enabled. Students should use their own mobile number and email ID. Select the educational institution and course carefully because incorrect selection can lead to rejection. Biometric attendance through the scholarship portal is required after the application is forwarded by the institution, as prescribed.
